I used it yesterday and had a hard time to flow the water through one of my nostrils; I have a deviated septum, I did it again today so that's two days in a row ( was even harder to get the water to flow but I did) and had a really hard time getting the one side of my nose to flow it took some effort but I did. According to your video I shouldn't be using it everyday, so will wait a few days and try it again; maybe limited twice a week, for a couple weeks. (?) Thank you!!

Thank you! I had a slipped disc and it took two months to heal. If it ever happens again (God forbid) I have to have surgery. So hopefully, this exercise will help prevent it. ❤ Stimulating your vagus nerve - If you have any kind of spinal problems recommend everyone do this - I have several saved videos on this topic as well - massaging under your rib cage to your belly button - process should make you sweat if you doing it right so don't be concerned if you feel that it is normal bcuz everyone gotta poop - keep it moving 😉🙃😳🙂
